Dental Diode Laser Device (F Laser)

The dental diode laser device of Laser Afarinan Zist Arman Company has three wavelengths:

  1. Red laser with a wavelength of 650nm and focal power of 150mW at 500 microns:

The red laser is absorbed in blood and hemoglobin. This laser increases local blood circulation and enhances oxygen absorption. Also, depending on the type of treatment, as a result of red laser irradiation, tissue inflammation can either decrease or increase. Irradiation with this laser accelerates gum tissue repair and improves blood circulation in bones, which in turn increases hard tissue and repairs soft tissue.

  1. Infrared laser with a wavelength of 780nm and power of 150mW at 700 microns:

Infrared radiation with these specifications is absorbed in water and affects cell membranes. This laser reacts in gums, teeth, and anywhere water is present. This reaction can have a reparative effect on the DNA of nerve cells, bone, muscle tissue, mucosa, salivary glands, vascular walls, skin, and immune cells, and can stimulate cells to proliferate and repair.

Additionally, part of the infrared wavelength deactivates beneficial or non-beneficial microorganisms in the mouth. This laser is capable of activating the immune system.

  1. Blue laser with a wavelength of 405nm and focal power of 30mW at 300 microns:

The blue wavelength is absorbed in pigment and color particles and causes a reduction in discoloration and reduction of oral bacteria and microbes in tissues such as roots, gums, and bone, and reduces pain in damaged areas. This radiation is used in aesthetics (tooth whitening), as well as in specific nerve repair of oral and dental tissues.

Therapeutic Application of Frequency Laser in Dentistry

With the help of the frequency laser, the dentist can perform any type of treatment in sensitive areas with high precision, and if the conventional surgical method has irreversible side effects, the dentist can repair the damaged tissue using the F Laser instead of surgery. Also, the F Laser can be effective in controlling complications caused by underlying diseases, controlling and reducing inflammation, increasing antibiotic absorption, shortening implant treatment duration, and reducing jaw abnormalities.

Application of the Three Alternating Wavelengths of Dental Diode Laser Device

The red laser is effective when a nerve cell is dying due to lack of blood circulation. Red radiation increases blood flow, and this blood supply repairs the damaged nerve. But sometimes, due to other reasons such as pressure, trauma, or infection, the nerve is dying. In this case, the use of the 650 nm wavelength, which increases blood supply, is not sufficient. Under these conditions, to accelerate nerve repair, the infrared laser must act directly on the nerve cell itself. Also, if the damaged nerve cannot be repaired and the diameter of the damaged area is less than one millimeter, first the fibrous and necrotic tissue is destroyed, and then the repair phase is carried out using the blue laser.

Unique Features of the Dental Diode Laser Device of Lazar Company

  1. All three wavelengths (650, 780, and 405 nm) are capable of destroying necrotic and fibrous tissue.
  2. Repair of gum pockets without surgery and without removing necrotic tissue, whether with high-power laser or surgical blade.
  3. Repair of cavities in children and formation of secondary dentin.
  4. Improvement of dry mouth caused by diabetes complications or drug consumption.
  5. Control of stress caused by injury and control of psychological and mental stress.
  6. Assistance in jaw and tooth movement in children without orthodontics and without surgery.

This laser can, in certain cases and emergencies, without a dental unit, handle urgent problems and tissue repair to a large extent.
